youtube unfortunately shitted the full size hd quality I uploaded, but it is still watchable.

Use from the in-game graphics settings some antialiasing.

You have nice framerate for a 720p resolution while recording, it wont hurt at getting better visual quality.


As for youtube's video quality degradation, yes it's a fact. Try vimeo.com as an alternative, it's much better!

I' ll try some AA (if the GT630 handles it), although my main problem is YT's degradation because the h264-ed original was almost perfect.

What's your computer's specs? Laptop or desktop?

If you're talking about desktop GT630, then what the heck sure can handle 720p on full antialiasing +recodring with fraps!!

GT630m is slightly faster than 7670m which I'm using right now, runs the game at 1600x900 at 60fps constant, never below that point with 16xAF / 8xAA. When I'm recording videos, i do it at 720p having to edit a smaller file plus, there's no need to go full HD full quality because the upload will take ages !!
So, if your GT630 is the desktop version and you have a decent CPU give it a try.

P.S. Take a look of this video i've uploaded in the past (testing purpose like yours) Quality is shit, although i've selected the best bitrate and encoding, never managed to upload something in better shape than this!

Yes it seems it cannot get better than that. Next time I have a good race, I'll record some 720p with full AA to see how it goes.

you should have no issues playing at full HD 8xAA / recording with fraps at 720p 4xAA for sure.
