Thing is, alcohol kills tons of people every year. Weed? Never heard of such case, probably some went mental, but that's not a proven fact.

Alcohol kills people when overused, and im sure weed would as well. It's just the fact that so many people use alcohol in the world so there is people who are taking it too much as well.

Actually if you compared alcohol vs. weed, alcohol loses.
People under influence of alcohol are more likely to behave more aggressively, while under influence of weed it's opposite.
Worst case scenario (both which are illegal, nor I approve of any at all): drunk vs. 'high' driver. Drunk is more dangerous.

I don't smoke Weed, brother does, don't mind the smell either but end of the day Weed is banned and you can be arrested for having it on you in certain countries, where alcohol isn't banned!

I agree, alcohol is considered even a hard drug because it contains addictive elements and also plays with your mind. Lets put it differently then; no drugs excluding alcohol.
