I don't think it's a virus. Most likely it's spyware/adware. You probably didn't pay enough attention when installing some software during a setup. Clicked nextnextnext and agreed to install some stupid toolbars or other crap in the process.


Thats OK, happens to me too from time to time.

Look in the "Installed Programs " list (configuration section @ Windows 7) sort the table on date installed and remove the software which is installed this month and sounds weird to you. If you are not sure, ask here first please
