Why don't you give him the chance to talk?

He said yes many problems and then beng, banned. Why not let him finish talking or see what he does next?

What would he said? That he is crasher, but it was only an accident?
I didnt do anything to him(only passed) and he just crash me on stright road...then i spectated him and he crashed others under blue flag. That was too much for discussion.
If there would be `real problems`, he would be here and complain about it, bet he is...ehm, just satisfied about that.
