Not sure if it was deliberate or not, but he/she rammed 2 cars in first corner of BL1, then decided to drive the wrong way but was auto spectated.
Then I guess they realised they couldn't mess up peoples races how they would like so left.

So yeah, keep an eye out for him/her admins, looks like a possible trouble maker to me.
