the !pl command brings up a chart with this "en liced 0.87% 3.20/s". what does this mean?

what command shows the amount of safety points i have?

airio's site had nothing on the !pl command or safety points, that i could find.

!pl is the command I use for kicking and banning.

The command for safety points is !rate or you can see it in your personal stats: !pi

!pl => [driver nickname] [(lfs accountname)] [adminlevel] [percentage of lag%] [car position update rate]
