"Connection timed out" implies that you get connected and after that get disconnected due to bad connection. If you had been banned, you wouldn't be able to connect at all.

I see you are from down under. Lot of Aussies have bad connection to European servers, this just might be the case for you as well mate

That sux cause I've been playing on it for years! Literally just started happening a few weeks ago...

No it's me and it was/is only affecting the S2 server.

From time to time it gets so busy that I do not permit people from laggy continents on the server because 'they' have a serious negative impact on the quality of racing. However I've been two weeks on vacation and forgot that this filter still was active, it was affecting AU and IN.
