He used speedhack before; talk-of-the-day/-t5503.html (most names I remember for years if something seriously 'went wrong')

When new LFS patch came out I removed him from banlist but it doesn't seem worthy (watched both replays fully) so I issued a 999 again. Cannot be bothered really with such unsportive type of racers :dag:

(and he doesn't know shit in English language so I cannot be bothered even less).
