Cosmin, aside from being a pretty bad driver and braking way too late into every corner, obviously tries to wreck the lapping cars by steering into them and succeeds 2 or 3 times before leaving.

Well... No. Doing a report is always to be seen as a last resort when talking is not possible anymore..

But meh.. Yeah... Problematic with this wave of new accounts last weeks.

Talking to wreckers is useless most of the time, IMO.
