Is any kind of "punishment" for this?

I'be made a lx4 skin sinse 1 year ago and using it till now, today i found a asshole using it without my permission

The skin is totaly privated, NEVER uploaded to any kind of forum or host or showed to anyone

The user is [SIW] M.Jachna / mariuszek22

There is something i can do?

Can you prove you made the skin?

Have you talked to the person who is using it? What did he/she say?

Isn't that replica or something?

I'be using the skin for 1 year (Almost) it is my work

Everyone who saw me on cargame with the lx4 know that that skin is mine and is privated

And when i say "remove" the skin to that user, hi didn't and everyone start to Troll me for this matter

Imho these Lotus themes are overused for LX cars.

He told me he downloaded from THE GAME, SO yeah he stole it

And maybe are a bit overused but, i took my time to do a skin that i like and there is no combination of Black and gold with 2 lotus emblems so is "Unique"

Just to add, i checked the 19 pages on lfs forum in the skins for lx4 and there not there as ppl say in the replay 2

Well, I'm not sure anything can be done in this matter. Although I believe you, Inouva, the simple fact of you having that skin since 2010 does not really count as proof it is yours.

An idea: Why don't you try talking to him in a nice way, perhaps you can tell him he can use your skin whenever you are not on the server, but that you would really appreciate it if he would use another skin when you were online with it, and explain that you had to take time to create the skin and it was hard work as well. I'm sure he will at least think about it if you ask nicely.

Or just create an ugly skin like mine, then no one will want to use it and you'll be unique again

Sometimes I really think you can't read properly.

I told you you have no way of proving the skin was made by you. Therefore, you would have a hard time getting anything done about it.

I gave you an idea and I was just trying to help.

There is no credits/copyrights on skin jpg. Skin name too can't say that it is Your. Dunno..

Mate, women are in general not helped by a quick and proper solution. If women have a problem they rather want to talk about it, hear some comforting words and talk about it over and over again, just until the terrible pain that the problem has caused finally gets a place to rest in their mind and heart.

So: there is nothing wrong with the solution and help you sent, it was more a matter of inproper receive.

@Inouva: I understand the frustration you feel in this matter. I hope for you that you can give this a place and forgive the ignorance of the driver that illegally is using your skin. Damned, that really sucks! NOBODY should use your creation without permission! On the other hand, like Litro said: doesn't it make you proud to see that the skin you made is so nice, that others love to use it, regardless of the consequences?
And for next skin you make: add "c Inouva" on visible places, then we have something to act on

As i say, i never uploaded to any forum or any kind of web that allow you to download the skin ( Only on LFSW ), That why i got pissed off while the a$$hole told me que took it from lfs/data/skin_x...

If skiners care about skin using or want to pose as artist who made this, they put credits on skin jpg. But meh, why do You care so much about this? That is not very hard, just fast one black with yellow stripes + Lotus logo(there is no text/logo for witch driver/team it is). Everyone could make it, even in Paint it is possible easy.

all skins are avaiable at LFS/data/skins_x, the game downloads the skins automatically when it recognises a new one, therefore everyone can use it, if u want the skin to be private dont upload it to LFS World, easy... or remove it your self from LFS world, then the problem ends (unless the other player uploads it again)

But I don't mind if someone would use my made skin. I'm not so stingy.

its just a black LX4/LX6 with yellow stripes and Lotus logo, i saw better public skins then this "privat" skin.
