LFSEI is a short for
Live for Speed Experience Index and is an index created by the maker of Airio; EQ Worry.
Everytime you connect to an Airio powered server it downloads your LFSW data and takes a look at how many laps you did in all kinds of cars and on what tracks you made those times.
It also takes a look at the total distance you have driven and how many races you have won, finished in second and in third place.
Take a magical formula and there you have an experience index number.
T=Tracks
C=Cars
D=Distance
R=Races done (increases more if you have podium places)
H=Hotlaps
If you drive a time -online-, which is WR+4% or quicker it will be counted as hotlap. So you don't have to drive hotlaps offline. However, offline hotlaps are heavier in weight.

I'll probably slightly adjust the hotlap index, allowing laps up to 2% better than WR, starting at WR+4%, then 3, 2, 1, and ending at 0.5% or better lap time (currently it is 3, 2, 1, 0.5, 0.1%).
You can look up your own detailed information here;
