Adjusted it to XFG track WR+30sec (however never earlier then 99 seconds, the time when visual countdown starts).

Before it was always 3 minutes 40 seconds which gave extremely long restart delays on short tracks.

Now there is more race time on most tracks, less practice time however

Don't park your car on the track when race finishes, some people want to do an outlap!
