Has he been banned?

He got out of shape (purposely I think) in the chicane and I had no choice but to tag him. Then he used that as an excuse to go after me. I was able to trick him once which caused him to wreck himself, but he got me eventually. He was also exacting revenge on anyone who even tapped him.

Too bad, but I can't. Now need to wait for Dave or Speedy
