Must be on your end. Hosted on the same server, only portnumber is different.

It happens sometimes when there is a weaker internet connection, due to many people on the server, someone's lagging etc. Anyway, not a permanent problem, give it one or two more tries and it will work

Are you sure that you also checked "MRT"? It has to be blue or black, not red.

S2 won't appear either unless you have checked "FBM" during all days, for some reason.
