I ban him because he use hacks , I pry him, he use hacks for several races

Might have been some weird lag too, though he had ping of 80-90 all the time.

He was several seconds off from WR though, makes me want to believe it was lag :)

This is definitely a speedhack, I extended his ban to summer 2017. Lying about is not going to help.
