Post subject:  help with ingame commands
when i try to access the !xx in game menu commands I get a message to the effect that I do not have administrator rights. I am obviously doing something wrong, where can I find a user guide for all of the commands that start with ! ?
I'm sure this must be noob thing with me, any help?

racing is great on this server and will be better for meonce I understand how it works.

Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions.

I think so, I made a quick command list (!qc), the most common commands are described there. Actually, I wonder if I still miss something on that shortlist.

do I enter this command on the message line?( I type / to bring up message screen)? I get "you do not have administrator rights" .if i just type !pi I get a message that no vote is in progress. This is not just your server, it seems to be a basic issue that i don't understand. I am running windows 7 for what it is worth. sorry to bother you with this, I just don't know where else to look for help on this issue.
