Hello, i dont know where to ask about this so please dont punish me.

I have issue connecting to any cargame host. Lfs saying "Host did not received UDP packet". I looked to official forum and there were just problems with connecting to all lfs servers, not just cargame like me. Im really desperate to play on cargame servers, could somebody help me?

changing os and lfs folder did not help

altho my provider just changed to nat today, i can see my nat setting on cod to be "strict" isntead of open

Some mobile ranges are blocked yeah.. If I see crappy connections and I see its a mobile phone connection I just add it to the blocklist. But not the range where you are posting from right now, as far as I can see. I doubt people know what these numbers mean but;

188.238.128.0/16 (TeliaSonera mobile FI)
80.215.0.0/16 (Bouygtel 3G, FR)
85.76.48.0/21 (Elisa mobile, FI)
46.115.0.0/16 (E-Plus mobile, DE)
176.0.0.0/14 (E-Plus mobile, DE)

It's not my adventure by the way. People with mobile phone connections are on an adventure. Mobile phones can never deliver a stable connection for racing, ruining racing for everybody else. Those people can still do some racing on S1 as an alternative (f) . If you cannot connect to S1 or any other server then something else is going on. Don't know what because every other connection should not have filtering.

Do a "ping cargame.nl" (how do I ping?) .. If you get answer its fine, if not something is wrong.

Like I said, only cargame.nl S2 has mobile IP filtering (IP blocks listing mentioned above). It means all other services have not.

No idea. I watch from time to time whats going on, on the servers. If nothing grabs my attention I also do nothing  :D .. Most of the time I don't even remember names. :x

yea i realised that on 3rd reading, sry bit slow mo today...

i tryed to connect to GTR and S2 with same could not recieve UDP error

was same on win8.1 and win7 with different lfs folders, now the prob is gone

elisa mobile ip range is like 82-88 or something...

and right after i bragged about smooth ping i started to get lag spikes :fp:

its usually 80-120... now got 250 spikes

I know. Like I said mobile phone users are on adventure

Don't want to sound arrogant but for me its no problem to be repetitive in what I say, I am used to it ;) (sometimes I can change my opinion though! :lief: )

had same prob this morning, "host did not recieve UDP packet"
ping was pretty high with 250-300 constant

i just got new ip and got ping to normal and all works fine again

hope ur aware that most of elisa ip's are dynamic, and ip banning is bad there
they only give u static ip if u really ask for it, and no one really does

Yes I am aware of that, thats why the complete ranges get blocked. Probably I am missing some ranges, not sure if you talk about S2 or something else considering that UDP error.

fly wrote:

Why is it bad? I want no mobile elisa.fi customers on the S2 server, mobile phone users are causing trouble.

I can ask every day to people if they just can stop using mobile phones but then I am busy all day warning those people. The thing with mobile phones is that you can have 300 ping 450 ping, 600 ping, 100 ping, even 60 ping and then 300 again. And this all in one minute of 'racing'. It's just crap.

I am very happy that I stressed Scawen about making that pinglist so people can see themselves what crappy connection they can have :coffee:
