Punk... outro was even longer that the song :P

Here's a guy who integrates many different music type lovers to like him, with just one instrument :)
The ones who prefer music from "natural" instruments and the ones who prefer synthetic... anyway, a great idea and very interesting performance

:thumb: I know them. They are good as well. But I prefer the less known bands (I don't know why, but I do).

And that Ewan guy is good, but you know why you think you can't play it? He is using reverb, wich is tuned very close, so the returning sound is faster.
Just practis a little on your speed, and using more fingers to pick the strings.

He is using reverb

Actually, its delay...

Here's one of my favourite guitarists: Tommy Emmanuel. :respect:

Delay, reverb, it's all the same to me ;) . In New York Hardcore and Thrash metal/Speed metal you don't use it (as a rythm guitarist).

And no music for atm... :( Some kids are making some tests next to me. And I don't think they will apreciate music like Testament of Neckbreack Nation.

(Yes I work at a school, not as a teacher btw)

Of course he is using delay :) and the other guy is using something that records sequences and then plays them immediately after. But the ideas both of them had are what is great

God I wish I had those gizmos some 20 years a go, when I was still actively playing guitar. I guess sunshine would've not seen my face for a long time

That's delay too, it's called loopingdelay or looper.

Here a briljant cover of rush song subdivisions with a looper:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4vd9OVLO7Q

Btw the trick with delay as used by ewan dobson is quite old. First one i know of that used it was van halen with cathedral in 82. The edge used it quite a lot too and nowadays its a common technique called 'dotted eights'.

I may not be a fast racer, but i know my guitar! 8)

Cool 8) . It is a good cover and great toys he has over there :)

If you are a musician, maybe you should present yourself in this LFS topic?

Al Payson is the one I know of that is both a good musician (bass player) and a good racer. So don't worry, speed will come, you'll just need to practise like you did for your guitar

*holding myself*
A topic on a forum, about being a musician, is always very tempting to me.... I am a little bit to active in music sometimes (most of the time, I just don't have the time (or energy) for making music).
