First I want to say that I generally don't like this subsection.

If you want to report something it means that you couldn't talk things over with each other and thats sad. We don't want to be schoolteacher all the time, keep in mind we enjoy running and maintaining all this 'for the good cause' (eehhr which is? Don't know ) ... But... Going to endless replays and discuss it with fellow racers, it takes time.

So, you may do your report, we take everything serious... But do this when no other options are available anymore.

If you report, we prefer a link to our own server replay.

You can find them here; S1 S2 GTR (upper right corner of your screen)
Copy the link which is hidden under the download button and paste it in your posting screen.

It saves you upload time and we have the replay of a complete race and it's faster for us to review. It can take up to three minutes after race completion before the replay link is available though.

Then provide the account name of the person involved. (hold down ctrl-shift for that info in the N-list).

If you can mention the lap that would also be nice!

So, example;

mpr: http://www.cargame.nl/dl.php?id=8157
name: cargame.nl (nl2dav)
lap: 8
description: doesn't respect blue flag, crashes into me...

right click and "copy link address" if you are using firefox.
wording will be different in your native language and depending of which web browser you are using

i use explorer, i will try it again. lol. why didnt you write that dave instead of "hidden button" ... lols.

EDIT: i still dont get it to work? do i rightclick the replay, then it asks to be saved? if i right click the (dunno what its called) the glass thing then a window shows up called details of mpr.? is that the one?

the replay im looking for (now in reports) is the lowest SO replay from june 19.(the only SO replay in the list dated 19th.

don't copy the link from the magnifying glass, copy the link address from the disk (DL column). You want to link to the replay file download not the list of racers

damn . i cant see any link with DL. it goes straight to download then.it only pops up with a ..pop up window asking to download and save it?? well in explorer anyway?tried several times now,in both a vista and xp based systems.same thing happens??

yer i finally made it.. hehe.. vista sure is weird..
but apparently it does the job in the end..

its due to i also play other games on it which im not finished with i didnt install other things..but as soon as im done with those and moved my data, ill reinstall windows (maybe W7) and use a program which isnt corrupted by microsoft

Dave maybe you should rename this sticky as "HOW TO POST A REPORT" as no one seems to read the current title before posting. either that or make it a form you have to fill out and select the replay from a dropdown list to avoid reports using non server replays
